Corporate law firm website with a 2-hour response SLA

Dr. Alberto Germano, admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP) since 1989. A crisis-management hub with 8 practice areas, 9 legal specialties, a content library, the SOS Paciente social initiative, and a 2-hour response SLA.

The client

Dr. Alberto Germano has led Alberto Germano Sociedade de Advogados since 1989 — more than 35 years in corporate law and crisis management. The visual references for this project were Quinn Emanuel, Kirkland & Ellis, and McKinsey, not Brazilian law firms.

What the site needed to communicate

Legal strategy for complex scenarios. This wasn't routine preventive law — it was the firm you call when things have already gotten serious. That changes everything about the messaging: a more sober tone, fewer promises, more credentials.

Eight practice areas structured as a decision tree, so visitors navigate by their problem rather than by technical area names. Nine legal specialties, each with a description of its practical application. A dedicated crisis-management hub as its own area of the site. The SOS Paciente social initiative woven into the firm's identity.

The technical decision

WordPress with no page builder, PHP 8.2+. Leaving out Elementor or similar tools isn't a limitation — it's a requirement: without a page builder, the generated code is cleaner, Lighthouse scores run higher, and future maintenance is far more predictable. For a site built to last years, that matters.

A 2-hour response SLA is published as a visible commitment on the site. It isn't marketing — it's positioning: corporate clients in crisis make decisions fast, and knowing they'll be answered within 2 hours removes a real barrier to entry.
