Photo shoots that reveal what's already there.

Corporate headshots and environmental photos for your website, LinkedIn, and marketing materials — by Manni Moritz. Professional editing and full commercial license included.

Why not just use a phone photo on LinkedIn?

Because a phone camera solves the capture, not the reading. A professional headshot controls light, focal length and framing so the face reads as someone trustworthy — and that is what a client judges in under two seconds, before reading a single line of your résumé.

The difference is rarely resolution. It is the lens that does not distort facial proportions, the light that does not flatten expression, and the background that does not compete with you. A phone photo in whatever room you happen to be in leaves all of that to chance.

For anyone selling a service — lawyers, accountants, consultants, doctors, architects — the photo is usually the first contact before the first conversation. It does not need to impress. It needs to not get in the way.

Novos ensaios em breve.

How does a corporate photo shoot work?

In three stages, delivered in 1 to 3 days. First we align how the images will be used, then we shoot at your office or on location, and finally you receive the edited photos with full commercial rights.

Before — aligning the use

Before a single frame, we define where the photos will live: website, LinkedIn, sales proposal, press material. The destination changes the framing. A profile picture needs a tight crop; a website banner needs side room for text to land later.

During — direction, not posing

Nobody needs to know how to pose. Direction happens during the shoot, adjusting posture, breathing and gaze. That is the photographer’s job, not yours. Most people arrive saying they photograph badly and leave with more approved images than they expected.

After — editing and delivery

Selected images go through colour, light and skin treatment — correction, not reconstruction. You still look like you. Delivery comes in high resolution for print and in a web-optimised version.

What are full commercial rights, and why do they matter?

They are the right to use the photos across any of your company’s materials, with no time limit, no cap on placements and no second payment. Many studios hand over the photo and charge again when it goes into an ad or a billboard. Here it is included from the start.

In practice: the same photo can go to the website, LinkedIn, a paid ad, an email signature and printed material, with no new negotiation. It is the kind of detail you only notice when you need it — and by then it is late.

Who is behind the camera?

Manni Moritz — photographer and copywriter, with 15 years in marketing for Oi, L’Oréal, Shopping da Gávea and Milestone, and former director of the China-Brazil Cultural Centre. The eye for image comes from someone who also writes the message that image has to carry.

The shoot for Dr. Alberto Germano, a corporate lawyer (Brazilian Bar, São Paulo 260.898) practising since 1989, is one example: formal portraits with directed lighting plus office environment shots, used on his firm’s website and marketing material. It was Manni’s first project on 99Freelas — rated 5 stars.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long until I get the photos?

1 to 3 days after the shoot, editing included. Shoots with a larger volume of images or specific retouching needs may take slightly longer — agreed in advance, never after.

How many photos do I receive?

It depends on the scope agreed at the initial alignment. The criterion is not volume, it is usable output: we deliver the images that work for the defined uses, edited, rather than a large package where half is discardable.

Do I need to know how to pose?

No. Direction happens during the shoot — posture, angle, breathing and gaze are guided on the spot. That is the part of the job that belongs to the photographer.

Is the shoot in a studio or at my office?

Both. Shooting in your own space usually delivers more for service professionals, because environment shots show where the client will be received. A studio makes more sense when the goal is a neutral background and consistency across several team members.

What should I wear?

What you would wear to a meeting with an important client. Solid colours work better than small patterns, which create visual noise. Bring two or three options — the decision is easier on site, with the lighting set up.

Can I use the photos in paid ads?

Yes. Full commercial rights are included, at no additional cost and with no expiry date.
