Development
A website development company that also writes what your customers read
Development at Crazy Diamond is led by Lucas Barreto, a full-stack developer. The team builds websites, custom systems, WhatsApp automation and AI, technical SEO, and maintains all of it after launch. The copy for the pages, screens and messages is written by Manni Moritz on the same project, so you don't need to hire a separate copywriter.

What does a website development company do?

It builds and maintains what your company runs online. Here that means five things: company websites, online stores and landing pages; custom web systems, including taking over what another developer left behind; customer service automation on WhatsApp through the official API, with AI when it makes sense; technical SEO, so Google reads the right site; and monthly maintenance.
Each one has its own page, with what is included, how it works and the work that proves it. This page brings together what applies to all of them.
Why keep the code and the copy on one team?
Because websites and systems are made of words as much as code. The headline that makes someone stay, the button that says what happens next, the error message that doesn't scare, the message the bot sends on WhatsApp. When copy comes from another vendor at the end, the layout no longer fits it, and when code comes after the copy, the message loses its punch.
Here both start together. For a law firm that came back four times: a 27-page website, logo, letterhead and professional photos.
Who takes care of the code and the server?
Lucas. Development, infrastructure and servers since 2010, in the Armed Forces. It shows in the work: Linux servers set up from scratch, deployments tested before going live, a database backup before every change, and problems investigated directly on the server instead of guessed at.
For an electrical engineering company, with 137 projects in the system, it runs on a dedicated server with Postgres and received its second phase without rewriting what already worked.
What stays in my company's name?
Everything. The domain, hosting, server, code repository and accounts like Google and Meta are in your name. We get access by invite and leave whenever you want, without anything breaking.
We never ask for your password over chat. Access is always by official invite, and what we build is documented for whoever comes next.
What happens after launch?

After delivery comes the support agreed in the scope. For companies that want their website looked after every month, there is monthly maintenance, agreed per website or per system: updates, backups, security and small changes.
For companies that want the website and social media on the same rhythm, Diamond 360 combines both, with fresh content every month. It is Development and Digital Marketing working on the same calendar.
How does a project run, from first message to launch?
- 01You tell us in writing what you need, on WhatsApp or on the platform where you found us.
- 02If a website or system already exists, we review it before proposing any change.
- 03We close the scope in writing, with what is in, what is out, the timeline and the price.
- 04You approve the structure, the copy and the design before development starts.
- 05We deliver it tested on desktop and mobile, with support after launch.
How much does it cost to hire a website development company?
The price is fixed per delivery and comes from the scope. We don't publish a rate card, because a landing page and a system with a customer portal don't fit on the same line. On large projects, the scope is split into phases, each with its own price, so you can use the first part before deciding on the next.
