A WooCommerce store that prices labels by size and quantity, for a print shop
A print shop needed to sell custom labels online, with the price changing by size, material and quantity. A custom pricing engine did it without plugins overriding the shop's price table.

01
Problem
Arrieta Print sells labels and bags, and the price depends on the size in square meters, the material and the quantity tier, plus a setup fee and a minimum order. No off-the-shelf plugin followed the shop's table: the tiered-pricing plugin we tested overrode the price, and buying through a direct link dropped the size and charged the small-label price.
02
Solution
A custom pricing engine in WooCommerce, tested first on a copy of the shop's own setup. The store now quotes by size and by quantity tier (300, 500, 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 units), with 5 sizes and 5 materials, custom quantities and a cost calculator for the customer. Every pricing rule was confirmed in writing with the shop before it went into the engine, and the buy-now button was removed from products sold by size.

Result
A store that sells custom labels with the price calculated live across 25 size and material combinations, and that looks like part of the shop's website rather than a plugin bolted on top. The shop came back for a second phase: the new store and a server move.
