Editorial real estate blog with a custom theme: the Calisbino case in Porto Velho

Custom child theme with full brand identity, 5 editorial categories, and Rank Math SEO for a real estate agency in Porto Velho. Opened and delivered in two days via Workana.

The client

Ygor runs Calisbino Imóveis & Arquitetura in Porto Velho, Rondônia — a real estate agency that also works with architecture, property appraisal engineering, and real estate credit. The job came through Workana, and the request was an editorial blog to support the brand's content presence, kept separate from the main sales site.

Identity before code

The brand already had a defined visual identity: proprietary Futura LT Condensed typography, a palette of gray #C5C5C5 and blue #223144. Instead of adapting a generic theme, we built theme-calisbino from scratch — a 100% custom child theme that reproduces that identity in every element, from the menu to the footer.

Editorial structure

Five categories organize the content: Real Estate, Architecture, Appraisal Engineering, Real Estate Credit, and Alphaville Porto Velho — the latter dedicated to new launches from the Alphaville development in the region. Each category has its own editorial line, and property posts include an integrated photo gallery.

The homepage received a featured-properties carousel, giving the page more of a commercial feel than a traditional blog — a reflection of how, for a real estate agency, editorial content and product showcase are not separate things.

SEO and infrastructure

Rank Math configured with a real estate schema for rich snippets on Google. LiteSpeed Cache, native to Hostinger, for performance. Wordfence for security, UpdraftPlus for automated backups, and WPForms Lite for contact capture. Everything published on a dedicated subdomain — conteudo.calisbinoimoveis.com.br — with SSL active, kept separate from the main sales domain.

Timeline and outcome

Opened on June 13, 2026, delivered on the 15th — two days. Unlike most of Crazy Diamond's WordPress projects, this one had SSH access (port 65002) on Hostinger, which sped up deployment of the custom theme. At the end, we presented the client with a monthly recurring-posting proposal (R$ 190–350/month) to keep the blog active — turning a one-off delivery into recurring revenue.
