Problem
The old account was paused by advertiser verification, with no fix in sight. The account history showed only 17% of the spend appearing in search terms: the rest went to formats where there was no way to tell who had searched for what. And the Google Business Profile, rated 4.9 from 125 reviews, was the business's biggest asset.

Solution
A new account and a Search-only campaign for the Federal District, with three ad groups (tuning, maintenance and restoration), 28 negative keywords, call and sitelink extensions, and the Business Profile linked to bring the rating into the ads. Tracking of WhatsApp clicks on the site was tested before going live, and the account is checked daily, with a report every two weeks.
