WhatsApp Cloud API app set up and webhook verified in 3 hours for a law firm
The firm's code was ready, but Meta's dashboard was blocking the connection to official WhatsApp. The app was created, the number connected and the webhook verified with a real event, all on the same day.

Problem
A law firm had its number approved on the official WhatsApp API and a server route ready to receive messages, but couldn't get through Meta's Business Portfolio: creating the right app, connecting the WhatsApp account and getting the webhook to pass verification.

Solution
Access to the Business Portfolio by invitation, never by password. A Business-type app created with the WhatsApp product, linked to the account and number the firm already had, the webhook URL and verification token configured, and the messages field subscribed. The job was only called done after a test message reached the client's server.

A WhatsApp Cloud API integration agreed for 2 business days, done in 3 hours, with the client confirming the event arrived in his own server log.
